The Unlimited H5 AirRunner has been specially designed for high-intensity training. It improves performance and increases calorie burn while saving energy, as it works without a motor.
The user controls the speed through their body position on the curved belt. There is no speed limit – everyone sets their own challenge. The movement starts by stepping, and as the user increases stride frequency and moves forward on the belt, the speed increases. To slow down, you move back towards the rear of the treadmill.
The treadmill belt allows low-impact contact with the surface, absorbing harmful stress on the joints and connective tissue during exercise and making the user run correctly, eliminating joint overload.
