WEIGHTED VEST

A weighted vest is simply a normal vest to which weights can be added at different points to artificially increase our body weight and add intensity to workouts.

As well as strengthen the muscles, wearing a weight vest when running will increase the load transmitted through the bones.

The additional load can increase bone mass by stimulate cells called osteoblasts, so that they lay down new bone material in response to the demands placed on the skeleton.

Please note: weights not included, sold separately.
