What is an Air Step for?

With the Air Step you can do lots of balance exercises for young people, older people, athletes or for rehabilitation. With the ball facing up it provides an unstable surface while the device stays stable; it can also be used platform side up, in which position it becomes highly unstable and opens up a new range of exercises.
