OLYMPIC HEX BAR, DISASSEMBLED, 1.60 M

Hex bars were created as an alternative to straight bars for deadlifts, as shifting the load's centre of gravity places more stress on the knees, consequently increasing quadriceps work and reducing stress on the hips and lower back, with a notable reduction in the back discomfort these exercises can cause. This item is also often used for barbell shrugs.

Designed for loading 51 mm Olympic, bumper or similar plates.

Up to 300 kg load.

Ribbed non-slip grip points.

Comes unassembled
