El Hexagonal Olympic Plate with Steel Bushing, is suitable for use with long bars or 50 mm Olympic bars. It is an essential piece of equipment in free weights and their use is very versatile, as they are used in most bars, as well as in the plate-loaded machines.
It can also be used as a strength tool in exercises such as sit-ups, squats, pull-ups, etc., using it as added weight.
La main feature of this plate is that, besides having a steel bushing in the centre to make sure the plate stays fixed on the bar, its hexagonal shape makes doesn't roll when placed on the floor. It also has 3 recesses for an easier grip.
