MAGNETIC FLUX BRAKE SYSTEM

Train across a wide range of resistances from 1 to 24.

Moving the resistance lever up increases the magnet surface over the flywheel, so the magnetic flux increases, which in turn increases the resistance.

Moving the resistance lever down reduces the magnet surface over the flywheel, so the magnetic flux decreases and so does the resistance.

Another way to increase resistance without moving the lever is to increase your cadence, which in turn generates more magnetic flux.
