The incline bench press is a dedicated machine for training the upper portion of the pectoralis major.
The machine is equipped with a three-level limit gear plate to suit people with different arm spans.
The gear plate goes through multiple processes to make it durable, corrosion-resistant and shiny. The widened, thicker cushion gives the user good support. The enlarged waist and hip cushion gives the user good comfort.
At the same time, the shoulder and back width is slightly reduced to leave some room for movement so the user can push the shoulders over the chest. The base uses a multi-foot support to ensure stability.
