IM-ECE5 PROFESSIONAL SELF-POWERED ELLIPTICAL

Handlebar
The large ergonomic handles have two position options, with contact heart rate sensors on the front handlebar.

Pedals
The large pedals have a grippy texture and an ergonomically correct position for maximum natural movement.

Accessories
This elliptical comes with many great accessories, including: an integrated reading tray and a water bottle holder.

Wheels
Transport wheels let users move the unit easily and safely.

Brake
The built-in self-powered brake system lets the user «freewheel». This means that when the user stops exercising, the pedals stop with them.

Resistance levels
An important feature in almost every area of fitness and exercise is the ability to progress and regress. Being able to change resistance levels lets users start with light resistance and increase it as their strength and endurance improve. It also allows more varied training, which is important for interval or sprint-style workouts.

Power requirements
The Encore ECE5 is completely self-powered. Just a few turns of the pedals will activate the console and it will stay on until you finish your workout.

Console feedback
The types of feedback users will see on the screen are:
Speed
Time
Watts
Calories
RPM
Distance
Heart rate
